HomeView Living is a small, design-forward collection of rental residences in Edmonton’s most connected neighbourhoods. We develop and operate boutique apartment properties with a more thoughtful feel than a typical rental - and a more human feel than an institutional landlord.
Our approach
Small by design.
We develop smaller properties on purpose. Boutique scale lets us pay attention to material, light, layout and daily experience - the things that change how a place actually feels to live in.
Our first property, HomeView on 86, sits just off Whyte Avenue in south-central Edmonton - 13 units, thoughtfully designed, close to the things that make the neighbourhood worth choosing.
